In a recent legal development, a grand jury has brought charges against a man in connection with a violent incident last month on the Springwater Trail. Portland Police Bureau announced that Anthony Kenneth Dale Hill, aged 33, has been indicted on counts of Attempted Sexual Abuse in the First Degree and Public Indecency linked to the attack on a jogger.
Hill, who was detained on different allegations earlier this month in Clackamas, remains behind bars at the Multnomah County Inverness Jail. The arrest was made on unrelated charges on October 10.
The Portland Police Bureau (PPB) believes there may be additional victims and is releasing a photograph of Hill in hopes of reaching any victims, witnesses, or individuals with information related to crimes committed by him. Hill is described as a Caucasian male, 5’4” tall, weighing 130 pounds, with brown hair (often shaved) and brown eyes.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Acting Detective Consider Vosu at [email protected], referencing case number 24-225143.
