Scottsdale is dipping its toes further into the luxury home market, with Symmetry Cos., a local developer known for master-planned communities, announcing its move to scale new heights in the high-end property arena with an expansion into Prescott. As reported by ABC15, Symmetry Cos. is slated to build semi-custom homes at Talking Rock Ranch, a hub for those with a penchant for luxury and the great outdoors. The abodes won't be shy about flaunting their opulence, with price tags starting at a cool $1.55 million and sizes that can stretch from 2,700 to a muscular 4,200 square feet.
Since acquiring a two-thirds share of Talking Rock Ranch in 2013, the partnership with Harvard Investments Inc. has poured more than $27 million into the 3,600-acre project, as per ABC15. Symmetry's presence in the luxury housing scene was bolstered after establishing its homebuilding branch, Symmetry Homes, in 2016, and it has since been crafting lavish dwellings at Pine Canyon in Flagstaff.
According to details released by AZ Big Media, the latest homes at Talking Rock will be decked out with nature-inspired interiors courtesy of Elizabeth Hamill Interiors, whose design aims to forge a calming connection to the outdoors. They will feature guest casitas that are customizable in three styles, invoking a sense of private sanctuary. Homeowners can anticipate a buffet of features like Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, and Kohler plumbing, and it's all topped off with an Energy Star certification.
As stated by AZ Big Media, "Launching a brand-new collection of luxury homes at Talking Rock represents the next chapter for Symmetry Homes," said Peter Burger, president of Symmetry Companies, recognizing the company's trajectory and wrapping up their venture at Pine Canyon in Flagstaff before setting sights on Talking Rock, which they believe marries luxury with the landscape in a community-rich environment.
