The Soul in the City Jazz Experience is returning to West Palm Beach for another season, extending its summer series through December. The concerts will take place from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Lake Pavilion, showcasing a diverse lineup of jazz talent. General admission is $30, while table reservations are available for $45.
According to the official announcement from the City of West Palm Beach, Jazz fans can purchase a series pack for a season-long experience. Mayor Keith A. James expressed his excitement, stating, "We continue to receive rave reviews about our Soul in the City Jazz Experience. This is why we are thrilled to share that we extended the intimate concert series for another season. Bringing the best jazz performers in the nation to our beautiful Waterfront has made Soul in the City a great success, so be sure to get your tickets early before they sell out!"
On the lineup for November 20 is Tap Into Soul with Solomon Jaye, featuring a blend of soulful vocals, dynamic tap dancing, and classic as well as modern hits. In December, The Lady Ella Show will showcase the enchanting vocals of Nicci Canada, whose musical heritage foreshadowed her talent.
All ticket purchases include complimentary popcorn, with additional food and drink options available for purchase. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., but tickets must be booked in advance. Mary Pinak, community events manager for West Palm Beach, stated, "Jazz lovers are in for an extra festive holiday season with the extension of Soul in the City," as per City of West Palm Beach release.
