Neal's capture followed when he was spotted walking near the intersection of Tchulahoma and Heather Ridge in Southaven, upon approach by law enforcement Neal attempted to evade capture, leading officers on a chase until he was finally detained in a wooded area, as per the Southaven Police Department. His arrest occurred without further incident, and he now faces charges of Attempt to Commit Murder and Armed Robbery.
