Parents and caregivers in St. Louis Park have reason to look forward to Fridays this October. In an initiative aimed to foster community and literacy among the city's youngsters, St. Louis Park has joined forces with Hennepin County Library to introduce the Park N' Play van to their Connect and Play program. According to a Facebook post by the city of St. Louis Park, the van will visit the St. Louis Park Library on Oct. 11, Oct. 18, and Oct. 25 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Designed to quickly become a hub for education and connection, the Connect and Play program offers a relaxed environment where caregivers can interact and play with their children while engaging in early literacy activities. The program is drop-in, therefore no registration is necessary, making it a convenient option for busy families looking to enrich their children's learning experiences.

The Park N' Play van is set to make its rounds at the library each Friday during the month. The Connect and Play program is open to children of all ages and aims to seamlessly integrate learning with playtime.
