Jesersson Lopez Lopez, according to law enforcement, crossed the border more recently in 2023 and was given a court date set five years into the future for 2028 to evidently further complicate the legal proceedings. All three individuals share the last name, but it has not been confirmed by PBSO if they are indeed related. The timespan for the alleged criminal behavior, according to The Boca Raton Tribune, ranges from August up to the present day. The official charges include multiple counts of Lewd Lascivious Behavior on a minor, also known as Capital Sexual Battery.
