The Clarksville Police Department reported the incident occurred around 9:28 a.m. in the 1100 block of Cumberland Drive at Liberty Park; the northbound lanes of Cumberland Drive were subsequently closed, causing traffic redirection onto Southern Drive, as shared in a statement obtained by WSMV.
