Clackamas County saw a 71% voter turnout in the General Election on Tuesday. Approximately 45,000 ballots were received on Election Day, bringing the total to around 228,000 ballots, as reported by Clackamas County.
Election officials have counted 153,093 ballots, with unofficial results released at 10:55 p.m. on Election Night. Voters can check online for updates, with new results available at 5 p.m. Clerk Catherine McMullen and her team are working to verify and count every vote, with the final official tally set to be certified on December 2, as reported by the Clackamas County.
Clackamas County offered a "Track Your Ballot" service to help residents track their ballots. "As ballots are received and signature verification completed, Track Your Ballot notifications to voters are also being sent out multiple times a day," as stated by the Clackamas County. So far, more than 54,700 voters, or about 17% of participants, have used the feature. Sign-ups are still open for future elections.
