Concord Police officers apprehended two individuals connected to multiple vehicle burglaries following a controlled vehicular pursuit that ended at the Sunvalley Shopping Center on Wednesday. According to a social media post from the Concord Police Department, the pursuit ensued around 2:30 pm and was neutralized safely without evolving into a high-speed chase.
