The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department reported that the incident occurred on the 5500 block of Goodfellow Boulevard, specifically the section between Emma and Lena avenues, situating the crime within the Walnut Park West neighborhood. Officers with SLMPD’s Sixth District responded to the scene approximately at 2:45 a.m., as detailed in a report by KSDK.
The names of the victims have not been released pending family notifications. Efforts to fully understand align the pieces of this event into a coherent narrative are currently underway by the SLMPD's Homicide Division.
