A former dental surgery employee, 35-year-old Cody Allen Stolfa, has been arrested in Stillwater on charges of assaulting unconscious patients. Stolfa was taken into custody on July 10 after FBI agents found a video on the dark web, which led to the discovery of more evidence, including additional videos and photographs. The Stillwater Police have now provided the new evidence and identified more victims to the Payne County District Attorney’s Office, as per KOCO 5 report.
Stolfa, a former employee of Central Oklahoma Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates, is suspected of committing offenses between June and September 2021. Stillwater Police detectives discovered incriminating recordings that had been hidden on the dark web. After the video surfaced in June 2024, the police took action, leading to Stolfa's arrest. The authorities have now identified 15 victims involved in the case, as noted by News 9.
The charges filed against Stolfa are comprehensive and grave: 10 counts of sexual battery, six counts of child exploitation, five counts of forcible sodomy, four counts of clandestine recording, two counts of sodomy of a victim under 16, and one count of lewd acts to a child, the charges, which involve serious violations that occurred while the victims were under anesthesia, were received by the Payne County District Attorney's Office earlier this week for prosecution, as stated by News 9.
Authorities have confirmed that all victims have been identified and notified about the ongoing investigation. Cody Allen Stolfa, who is accused of these crimes, is currently in custody at the Payne County Jail. The case is still under investigation, and the allegations are being thoroughly examined through the judicial process, according to OKC FOX.
