Officers responded to a call at approximately 1:22 p.m., discovering two men in the aftermath of a violent altercation. Tragically, one man was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other was subsequently apprehended and placed under arrest.

"When they arrived, one man was in cardiac arrest and the other was delirious," Keehn stated.
