A man suspected of multiple voyeuristic crimes has been detained by the Miami-Dade Police Department. Arrested in the Country Walk area of Southwest Miami-Dade, the 26-year-old Yoel Antonio Setien Martinez was caught kneeling in bushes, peering into a residence yesterday evening.
