In a statement obtained by WSVN, officials described him as a 5 foot, 6 inches tall man, weighing 128 pounds, with brown eyes and gray hair. He was last seen wearing a tan long-sleeve jacket and blue shorts, driving a gray 2015 Toyota Tundra, with Florida Tag JPQV56.
The search for Thompson continues as police believe he may need assistance, though they haven't specified what kind. He hasn't contacted family or friends since disappearing, increasing the urgency. The Miami-Dade Police Department has appealed to the community for information on his whereabouts, stating, "The missing person may be in need of services."
