Flagler St., with police arriving shortly after 5 a.m., according to Officer Michael Vega of the Miami Police Department. While authorities have not disclosed the man's identity or the circumstances of the shooting, they confirmed that he was alert and conscious when taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital's Ryder Trauma Center, as reported by Local 10 News.
