
The Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD) is currently searching for two individuals in connection to the fatal shooting of Hwarang Joo, a local restaurant owner. The incident occurred Sunday night in the parking lot of an Antioch shopping complex at 1350 Bell Rd. The MNPD has warned that the suspects are considered to be armed and dangerous, as reported by WSMV.
Images released by the police show the duo believed to be linked to Joo's death. In addition to the photographs, MNPD described a potential vehicle involved - a silver Ford Taurus with a distinctive rust spot and damage to the front end. Local residents are urged to remain vigilant and report any relevant information to MNPD at the number 615-742-7463, as mentioned in an MNPD social media post shared by Metro Nashville PD.

According to WKRN, the MNPD responded to the shooting in the 1300 block of Bell Road. Upon arrival, authorities found Mr. Joo, the owner of a local restaurant, had succumbed to gunshot wounds. The loss has echoed through the Antioch community where Joo was known as a respected and integral part of the local business landscape.
Detectives are reviewing evidence and seeking public assistance in locating the suspects. The investigation is ongoing, with no further details released at this time.
