Cooley described as 5’10" and weighing 130 lbs., was last seen at approximately 4 p.m. when he departed the medical facility located at 1800 SE Tiffany Ave., details confirmed in a statement on the Port St. Lucie Police Department's official webpage, attire for the time of his departure included a white shirt, long pants, and white sneakers, which could potentially aid in his identification by members of the community.
