According to Weber County, under this expansive plan, Nordic Valley will see the rise of 56,059 square feet of commercial space, 230 hotel rooms to accommodate the surge of visitors, and 428 condos paired with 159 chalets that sketch the silhouette of future residential ventures; even 50 units will be dedicated to employee housing, signaling the county's awareness of its burgeoning service industry needs, woven into the fabric of this sprawling enterprise are economic promises totaling in the millions, $122 million directed towards public infrastructure, $283 million in new residential capital spending combined with $160 million in predicted new job wages, and a hearty $28 million dedicated expressly for construction wages.
