The Broward Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public's help in locating a missing 58-year-old Pompano Beach resident, Arthur Richard Manno, who has not been seen since November 29, 2022; Manno is described as standing 5 feet and 9 inches tall, weighing about 190 pounds, and having black hair and blue eyes, and he was last spotted near 1327 S. Dixie Highway.
According to details reported by WSVN, Manno's family has come forward with concerns regarding his disappearance, the detectives received this report recently which added urgency to the search as time has elapsed since he was last seen, family members are increasingly worried.
