The Chicago Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating a missing woman, Kimberly Gilmore, age 40, who was last seen in the area of the 7500 block of S. Essex. According to a notice published by the police department yesterday, Gilmore has been missing since November 9, 2024.
Gilmore is described as a Black female with a medium complexion, brown eyes, and black hair. She stands 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs approximately 140 pounds. On the day she went missing, she was reportedly seen wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans. The Chicago Police Department is looking to urgently find her and has asked anyone with information to quickly step forward and to reach out to Area One Detectives at (312) 856-3121 or to call 911.
There has been no indication by authorities of any suspicious circumstances surrounding Gilmore's disappearance at this time. The Chicago Police Department has reiterated their call for information and implores the community to come forward with any details, no matter how seemingly insignificant.
