Standing at 5 feet tall and weighing approximately 120 pounds, McKinney is described as having a medium brown complexion, brown eyes, and distinctive black and pink braids. The Chicago Police have reached out to the public for any information on McKinney, emphasizing that she is known to frequent the Harold Washington Library and downtown areas.
