Seth was last seen in the vicinity of 5200 S. Lake Park Avenue, specifically at the McDonald's restaurant. The department has shared the details of the missing person on their website, urging anyone with information to come forward.
Described as a Caucasian male, with a height of 5 feet 10 inches, and weighing approximately 140 pounds, Seth has brown eyes, brown hair, and a light complexion, as detailed by the CPD. He also has distinctive tattoos on both forearms.
