
A tragic traffic accident has claimed the life of a 46-year-old man in West Palm Beach when his vehicle collided with a parked truck, CBS12 reports. The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office detailed in their report that the accident occurred at approximately 9:22 p.m. on Thursday as the man was making a turn from Seminole Boulevard onto Genessee Avenue.
The vehicle, identified as a Honda Accord, veered off the roadway for reasons yet to be determined and struck an unoccupied Toyota pickup truck with such force, the impact left it in a damaged state, and it was properly parked when the incident happened the crash happening at night might have contributed to delay of emergency response as it was not until 11:39 p.m. that a passerby placed the 911 call.
