Over in the 22nd Judicial Circuit, Michael R. Dauphin has been tasked to take on the role of Associate Circuit Judge. Dauphin's current role as Assessor of the City of St. Louis coupled with his academic achievements in political science and law from Missouri State University and St. Mary’s University makes him a fitting candidate for the bench. His jurisprudence appointment serves to fill the spot left by the appointment of the Honorable Heather J. Hays as Circuit Judge.
