With 114 on-site parking spaces proposed, as well as leasing plans for around 130 spots at the nearby Intermodal Transit Facility garage, the headache of parking might ease up a bit too.

Residents hold a stake in this venture, demonstrated by the 1,165 responses gathered in a 2021 survey on the future of Block 67.
