The hotel, sporting 115 rooms, makes a splash with its vibrant, tropical-inspired interiors and waterfront amenities such as a pool and deck, a 24-hour gym, and the promise of live music and entertainment that Miami is known for, fittingly, the property has already confirmed performances by heavyweight names like American DJ Diplo and British funk band Jungle since it's more than a place to sleep, the hotel serves as a cultural hotspot. Furthermore, the waterfront restaurant and cocktail bar offers a taste of Americana and seafood paired with open-air views, enhancing the experience for both tourists and locals, embracing a new era for the long-standing piece of North Bay real estate.
