A 19-year-old suspect, Malik Turrentine, has been arrested in connection with the shooting death of Michael Harvell, 44, on October 6 outside the Nashville nonprofit 4:13 Strong. Turrentine was taken into custody after a foot chase on Dickerson Pike when he left a store. The nonprofit works to support young men who are underemployed or unemployed, as reported by WSMV.

A fatal shooting happened after a fight between residents of a program. One resident was kicked out, returned, and was removed again. The shooting occurred after that.
