The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) has introduced a mandatory safety course for off-highway vehicle registration. "The free course, created by Arizona Game and Fish Department (AZGFD), will include content related to the safe operations of these vehicles," ADOT announced in a press release last week, as reported by ABC15.
