Residents can expect patchy fog before 9am today, the forecast suggesting a cloudy sky with the high temperatures nearing 58°F; toward the afternoon, a calm wind is expected to edge into an eastward breeze at approximately 5 mph, leading into a night of anticipated rain after midnight with an 80 percent chance of precipitation, weather conditions include patchy fog aft 10pm for those venturing out into the subdued glimmer of street lights cocooned in mist.
As for tomorrow's outlook, there is a 50 percent chance of rain before 10am and scattered showers forecasted mainly between 10am and 5pm, according to the NWS. Once the fog lifts in the early morning, most of the day will remain mostly cloudy, with temperatures hitting a high near 55°F and a west wind picking up speed at 6 to 10 mph.
