In a devastating turn, while the drivers were exchanging information outside their vehicles, a Toyota Camry, driven by someone who, according to FHP, "failed to drive in a safe and prudent manner," careered into the scene. A woman standing outside and another woman inside the Elantra were the fatalities mentioned in the report, according to NBC Miami.
