
The Broward Sheriff’s Office has issued an urgent appeal to the public to help find Maya Edwards, a 12-year-old girl reported missing from Pompano Beach. As reported by WSVN, Edwards was last seen near the 1400 block of Northeast 41st Street.
Maya Edwards is 5 feet, 3 inches tall, weighs about 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Her clothing when last seen has not been specified. She was last spotted around 4:30 a.m. yesterday, as per Deerfield-News.
The Broward Sheriff’s Office is leaving no stone unturned, encouraging anyone who might know anything about Edwards's whereabouts to come forward. They have provided contact information for BSO Detective Chris Blankenship at 954-321-4268 and also advise that tips can be given by dialing the BSO non-emergency number at 954-764- HELP (4357).
