The search is intensifying for a missing 14-year-old boy in Broward County, as deputies comb the Oakland Park area in hopes of locating Malik Jeremih Hall. Standing 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing about 160 pounds, Malik’s disappearance on Wednesday has spurred urgent calls for community support.
Officials say, wearing a black balaclava, a hoodie, sweatpants, and blue sandals, the teenage boy was last seen around 7:15 p.m. near the 4900 block of Northwest Ninth Avenue, just west of Interstate 95, as detailed by Local10.
In a collaborative attempt to widen the search efforts, Detective Leonard Charla is reaching out to anyone who might have seen Malik or has information on his whereabouts. Those able to offer leads can contact him directly at 954-321-4274. A separate appeal comes from BSO authorities who describe Malik as having black hair and brown eyes. According to WSVN, Detective Charla is the point of contact for any information regarding the teen.
