
On Sunday, a 20-year-old man sustained serious injuries in a motorcycle crash on Euclid Avenue. According to the San Diego Police Department's Watch Commander's Log, the accident occurred around 4:38 AM near the 700 block of Euclid Ave.
Officer D. O'Brien reported that the individual, riding a 2024 Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle, lost control for an unknown reason, causing him and the vehicle to collide with a stationary 2014 Toyota Corolla. The impact resulted in the motorcyclist suffering severe but non-life-threatening injuries. He was promptly transported to a local hospital for treatment.
The SDPD Traffic Division has taken charge of the continuing investigation into the incident. At this time, the reasons behind the motorcyclist's loss of control remain unclear, and authorities are calling for any witnesses or individuals with information to come forward.
