
A 90-year-old man, initially injured in a vehicle collision on November 5, 2024, in Delray Beach, has died nearly three months after the incident. Stanley Toback was a passenger in a vehicle involved in the crash and passed away last Saturday, according to information from CBS12.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office reported that the accident occurred at approximately 11:30 a.m. when a 2024 Lexus ES350, driven by 83-year-old Richard Schlesinger, turned left into a plaza, violating the right of way of a 2025 Toyota Camry that was headed northbound on Jog Road near Lake Ida Road, this mishap resulted in the collision which led to Toback's injuries; the crash report was specified further by WPBF.
During the accident, the Camry's driver, 56-year-old Rose Robinson, sustained minor injuries, whereas the occupants of the Lexus, Richard and his passenger, 81-year-old Deanne Schlesinger, were unharmed. Following the collision, emergency services transported Toback to Delray Medical Center for treatment where he stayed until his death in late January.
