Friday will bring more challenging weather: a 100% chance of rain, snow, freezing rain, and sleet before 2 p.m., transitioning to a mix and later mostly freezing rain and sleet. Expect up to an inch of snow and sleet, with light ice accumulation, as stated by the National Weather Service.
A wintry mix will continue into Friday night, changing to rain or freezing rain, with temperatures around 31°F and gusty winds. Hazardous travel is expected. By Saturday, skies will be partly sunny with a high of 37°F, but winds will remain strong. Saturday night will be cold, dipping to 19°F. Sunday through early next week will be sunny and calmer, with highs in the 40s and lows in the mid-20s, as reported by the National Weather Service.
