The suspect, described as a Black Hispanic male, approximately 5'6" with a stocky build, was seen wearing a white parka jacket, dark pants, black shoes, black gloves, and a helmet adorned with orange arrow designs. He reportedly pushed an elderly individual against a wall before taking a package from the building hallway and fleeing the scene on a moped with a food delivery bag attached to the rear, heading toward Pontiac Street.
