The California Highway Patrol has issued an Ebony Alert for 14-year-old Lavel Jones, who was reported missing by the Alameda County Sheriff's Office. The alert was activated after Jones was last seen around 8:16 PM last Friday in Hayward, located within Alameda County.
Jones is described as standing 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighing approximately 112 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a gray Nike track jacket and blue jeans.
