Authorities are seeking the public's help in locating Ectawan Fulgham, a 44-year-old man, who went missing earlier this month. According to a bulletin posted by the Chicago Police Department, Fulgham was last seen on January 2, near the intersection of Chicago Avenue and Waller Avenue.
Described as standing 5-foot-6 inches tall and weighing 280 pounds, Fulgham has brown eyes and black hair, with a dark brown complexion and is Black, as detailed by the CPD. His distinctive features include both arms being amputated, and a birthmark on his forehead, he was also wearing a dark blue jumpsuit and black gym shoes at the time of his disappearance.
The notice highlights the urgency for information: "If you have any information, please contact Area Four SVU at 312-746-8251 or call 911," the Chicago Police Department stated.
