
Angel Rodriguez, 43, of Dorchester, was arrested on Monday, around 8:51 PM near 39 Roxbury Street. Officers from District B-2 apprehended him based on a warrant from Roxbury District Court. He faces charges of breaking and entering during the daytime to commit a felony, theft, and trespassing, according to the Boston Police Department.
Rodriguez was arrested following two incidents. Last Saturday, he was identified as the suspect in a break-in at an apartment on 95 St. Alphonsus Street, where a laptop was stolen. On Tuesday, he was also accused of a commercial break-in at a store on 2565, where $1,700 in merchandise was taken, as stated by the Boston Police Department.
Rodriguez is in custody and will appear in Roxbury District Court to face charges. The Boston Police Department is continuing its investigation into his alleged crimes, as reported by the Boston Police Department.
