
The Hollywood Police Department is actively seeking assistance from the public in the case of a missing woman, Talli Daniel, who disappeared from the Hollywood area. WSVN reported that the 49-year-old was last spotted near North 19th Avenue and Wilson Street on Tuesday morning around 7:30 a.m.
Daniel, whose physical description includes a height of 5 feet, 5 inches and a weight of around 250 pounds, was wearing a beige shirt, blue jeans, and black sandals at the time of her disappearance detectives have raised concerns about her mental well-being, citing that she suffers from mental illness which adds an increased urgency to locate her. She is said to have schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, according to a post by Hollywood Police Department's Instagram page.
There is an ongoing investigation into her likely movements, with the belief that she was heading westbound toward Federal Highway with the intention of catching a bus to possibly go to Miami. Her exact destination, however, remains unknown, and the police have not provided any additional information about any leads they might be pursuing at this stage.
The Hollywood Police are urging anyone who might have seen Daniel or have any information regarding her whereabouts to come forward and contact them at 954-764-HELP (4357), the authorities are hopeful the community’s assistance will play a crucial role in ensuring Daniel’s safe return as every second matters in cases of missing persons with mental health challenges.
