Phoenix law enforcement has confirmed the arrest of a man in connection with a fatal stabbing late last month. On December 29, 29-year-old Reminisce Biddle was found stabbed and collapsed outside a local Safeway at 5th Avenue and Osborn Road in central Phoenix. He was quickly transported to a hospital, where he sadly succumbed to his injuries, as initially reported by AZFamily.
Damian Mitchell, age 47, was identified and subsequently taken into custody to be charged with second-degree murder. "Homicide detectives responded to assume the investigation. Investigators learned that the stabbing took place near 3rd Avenue and Osborn Road, after which the victim rode his bike to 5th Avenue before collapsing. Additional details related to this incident remain part of the ongoing investigation," the Phoenix Police Department stated. Mitchell was booked into jail yesterday, authorities confirmed to FOX 10 Phoenix.
The victim, Reminisce Biddle, reportedly received aid from Safeway employees until first responders arrived.
