A Miami teen was transported to the hospital following a shooting incident in Liberty City, local law enforcement agencies have confirmed. The shooting occurred yesterday around 8:15 p.m. in the vicinity of Northwest 13th Avenue and 60th Street.
Upon their arrival at the scene after receiving a distress call, Miami Police discovered a 19-year-old male victim with gunshot wounds. Immediately transporting the victim to the Jackson Memorial Hospital Ryder Trauma Center, Miami Fire Rescue reported his condition as stable, as per WSVN.
The specific circumstances surrounding the shooting have not yet been made public, according to statements made by police officials. The area was promptly cordoned off as investigators began their meticulous search for evidence, checking garbage bins and the ground which Local 10 News cameras captured.

Informants may be eligible for a reward of up to $5,000, signaling the gravity with which the authorities are treating the case.
