Following a thorough investigation by the San Francisco Police Department's Narcotics Unit, 35-year-old Bryan Burgos has been arrested on suspicion of narcotics trafficking. The SFPD has been monitoring Burgos's activity around 6th and Market Streets, leading to the accumulation of evidence necessary for a search warrant of his possessions and property.
Last Thursday, in a collaboration between SFPD narcotics officers and the San Francisco Sheriff’s Office, Burgos was detained without incident at Mission and 24th Streets. He was found in possession of suspected narcotics and an undisclosed amount of US currency, as reported by the San Francisco Police Department.
The subsequent searches of Burgos's vehicle and San Francisco residence yielded over 9,000 grams of suspected narcotics, as well as digital scales, a money counter, loaded firearms, ammunition, and additional US currency. These findings have led to Burgos’s arrest, and he was subsequently booked into the San Francisco County Jail, facing multiple narcotics charges along with charges for the possession of firearms.
