Leonora Brown, a 79-year-old resident with Alzheimer's, has not been seen since yesterday morning when she was observed walking in a westerly direction from her neighborhood. The disappearance was reported by WSVN, who specified her last known location as near the 7900 block of La Salle Boulevard.
Brown is described as a petite woman, about 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighing in at around 106 pounds. Her physical characteristics were detailed in a statement shared by the Local 10, which also noted her clothing at the time as a black top, grey sweatpants, and a black skully cap. The nature of her condition intensifies the urgency of the search, considering her vulnerability and potential disorientation due to Alzheimer's disease.
