A woman is recuperating after being shot at a gas station in Millington, as reported by the Shelby County Sheriff's Office. The incident occurred around midnight at the Mapco on the 4300 block of Navy Road, according to a statement obtained by WREG.
Deputies responding to the scene discovered the injured woman, found with a gunshot wound to her hand. She was promptly transferred to Regional One Hospital and is in stable condition. Before deputies arrived, the suspect reportedly left, as per information shared by Action News 5.
