Early Friday morning, a van crashed into a North Miami home, injuring six people. The incident occurred around 5:30 a.m. on the 400 block of Northwest 119th Street, as NBC Miami reported.
As per the Local 10 report, one person was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries, while the other five had minor injuries, according to Miami-Dade Fire Rescue.
The cause of the crash is still unknown, and investigations are ongoing. Deputies from the Miami-Dade County Sheriff’s Office are on-site to determine what caused the van to leave the road.
According to WSVN, the crash led to the temporary closure of westbound lanes on 119th Street near I-95, though they have since reopened.
