After a thorough investigation, Boynton Beach Police have arrested Willie Kemp for the armed robbery of a Jersey Mike’s restaurant in November. The robbery was captured on surveillance footage, which helped authorities link Kemp to other similar crimes in the area, as reported by Boca News Now.
On November 26, 2024, the Boynton Beach Police Department requested public help in identifying a suspect involved in an armed robbery at Jersey Mike's on November 21. The suspect is a Black male, estimated to be between 35 and 45 years old, wearing a black facial covering, a white long-sleeve shirt with graphics, a blue T-shirt underneath, black Aeropostale sweatpants, and black sneakers.
The Boynton Beach Police Department worked alongside the Palm Springs Police Department and the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office, all contributing to the investigation. The agencies shared reports of similar knife-point robberies, which eventually led to Kemp’s arrest on January 16, as confirmed by CBS12. As of now, he remains at the Palm Beach County Jail facing additional charges for his actions.
