
The Chicago Police Department is urgently seeking information from the public regarding the whereabouts of 16-year-old Seth Abarca, who has been reported missing since Wednesday. The teenager was last seen near the 4500 block of W. 65th St., according to the Chicago Police Department's official news release. Concern grows as the hours pass without contact with young Seth, who is described as a Hispanic male, standing 5’1” tall and weighing around 140 lbs, with hazel eyes and brown hair.
Seth was last seen wearing a distinct combination of clothes, including khaki pants, a purple long-sleeve shirt layered with a gray sweatshirt, and black glasses, making him relatively easy to recognize. Emphasizing the sense of urgency, police described his complexion as medium.
