The portal allows residents to access information on board leadership, openings, policy-making periods, and upcoming meetings, making it easier for them to engage with local government.
As per the City of Delray Beach, the portal also enables Delray Beach citizens to view open board positions and apply directly. "All of our boards and committees benefit from engaged and passionate residents who want to make a difference," said City Manager Terrence Moore.
This initiative supports the city's commitment to transparency and inclusivity. By making it easier for residents to participate, city leaders aim to gather input from a diverse range of voices for better governance.
The portal meets Americans with Disabilities Act standards, ensuring that it is accessible to all. Residents can visit the City of Delray Beach's website to explore available positions and apply.
