Tragedy struck at an Atlanta intersection earlier this week when two vehicles collided, leading to the death of a 32-year-old man. According to the Atlanta Police Department, the crash occurred on Tuesday, at approximately 8:01 p.m. at the intersection of Moreland Ave SE and Constitution Rd SE. Upon their arrival, officers found two damaged vehicles and a critical situation unfolding.

The victim, who was driving one of the vehicles involved, was quickly transported to a local hospital. Despite the rapid response and medical attention, he ultimately succumbed to his injuries. Authorities revealed that the accident happened as the 32-year-old was attempting to turn left on Constitution Rd SE from northbound Moreland Ave SE and became involved in the collision with a vehicle moving south on Moreland Ave SE.

Since the incident, Zone 3 investigators have been gathering evidence and statements to determine what factors contributed to the crash. The investigation remains active, and officers continue to appeal for witnesses to come forward.
